An excellent experience. I had three smart, fast movers assigned to my move and they never stopped working. Everything was carefully wrapped and treated with kid gloves, including my Steinway that had to come down a flight of stairs. Very efficient, careful, and took less time than expected.
I thought all four movers were very courteous, friendly and professional. They took great care to protect my furniture during the move. There was one mishap of a small pole lamp (which was not in great shape to begin with) being broken, and I was not that concerned over it. There were no other “casualties.” I have used other movers in the past who were not as careful with my belongings, nor professional. Overall, I thought the movers were exceptional and I would highly recommend them.
Movegreen has continued to provide excellent service to Santa Barbara Inn during our renovation and now as we start to move furniture back into the hotel. We have been so impressed with all the Movegreen staff, their flexibility and excellent customer service! We highly recommend them.
